1972 GUILD F50 JUMBO

My old Guild, like my cameras, deserves a better user. It belonged to a great player before me and will no doubt be owned by a better player after me. I'll just take care of it and play enough to hear the ring the great luthiers built into it.

I've owned this fine instrument for a long time, but looking at the mother of pearl inlay in the rosewood through a macro made me appreciate the magnificent craftsmen who lovingly built this in 1972.

The 43 year old spruce keeps darkening and the rosewood bridge just gets prettier

Rested and ready and rings like a bell
