ANGEL'S WINGS
Little Blue Herons had nests a few feet apart all in the marshy underbrush. Some were still setting on eggs and others had older chicks.
We watched these chicks peck their way (with mom's help) out of the shell. It he 1/2 hour we were there two chicks emerged from shells in this nest
