THE JOHN JAMES AUDUBON BRIDGE

I've been trying to find an angle to shoot this beautiful bridge for two years. Until I get a ride on a barge these clouds made it worth snapping a few photos from the road.

This beautiful bridge was completed in 2011 and spans the Mississippi River near the town of St. Francisville, Louisiana. It is the second longest cable-stayed span in the western hemisphere. Unfortunately there is no approach for a side view except by boat or plane.
